上海彭浦特种耐火材料厂 始建于1985年，专业生产不定形耐火材料，现有固定资产2500万元，职工156人，其中工程技术人员25名，大专以上学历26人。是中国耐火材料行业协会理事单位，上海市高新技术企业，连续九年被评为“重合同守信用企业”，ISO9001：2000贯标企业。是宝钢股份有限公司耐火材料主要供应商之一，为“A”类供应商，是宝钢集团一钢公司、五钢公司、梅山钢铁公司、攀枝花钢铁公司等的长期供应商，并出口日本、俄罗斯及东南亚等国家。产品涉及炼铁、炼钢、工业窑炉、石油化工等领域，共有5大系列60余个品种，具有较强的技术开发能力和完善的售前、售中、售后服务体系，并配备了一支富有经验的现场施工队伍，能为顾客提供全方位的服务。
上海柯瑞冶金炉料有限公司 是上海彭浦特种耐火材料厂于2000年投资2000万元兴建，主要从事耐火材料、冶金辅料两大系列的生产、研究和开发。公司一期工程建成四条生产线：1、预熔冶金辅料生产线；2、冶金辅料合成生产线；3、不烧定型耐火材料生产线；4、废弃耐火材料再生利用生产线。无论在耐火材料、冶金辅料都采用了领先的技术，2001年投产以来，已为宝钢提供了5个辅料新产品，并迅速形成了销售。废弃耐火材料再生利用处理技术的应用，不仅保护了环境，节约了资源，而且为供需双方带来了较大的经济效益。
上海柯瑞冶金炉料有限公司的投产，结合上海彭浦特种耐火材料厂的产品，实现了出铁场系统、电炉系统、转炉系统、钢包系统、中间包系统的全面配套。形成了年产不定形耐火材料3万吨，定型制品1.5万吨，冶金辅料5万吨的生产规模。产品的系列化、全面化，优化了冶炼，降低消耗，可以有效的进行系统耐火材料（包括冶金辅料）的总承包，并能顾客带来最佳的使用效果和良好的经济效益。企业以质量为本，坚持“精心选 料、严格配方、强化工艺、满足顾客”的质量方针，以ISO9001：2000标准，建立了质量管理体系。并对顾客作出“出厂产品质量100%合格；施工全面指导；急顾客所急，想顾客所想”的承诺。

(Introduction)
Shanghai Peng Pu Special Refractory Factory was built in 1985,it's predominant products are un-shaped refractory. The fixed assets are 25 million RMB. There are 156 employees in the factory, including 25 technicians. And 26 employees have at least college degree. The factory is a director of China Refractory Association and one of the Shanghai High Technology Corporations. It has got the certificate of ISO9001:2000.Pengpu factory is among the predominant "A" degree suppliers to Bao Steel. It is also the long-term supplier to No.1 and No.5 company of Bao Steel Corp,Meishan Steel, Panzhihua Steel. The products have been exported to Japan,Russian and south-east Asia.
Shanghai Career Metallurgy Furnace Material Co.Ltd. was built in 2000 with 20 million investment by Shanghai Peng Pu special refractory factory. Four probative lines are finished at the first stage:1.pre-fused metallurgical charging productive line; 2. Metallurgical charging synthesis line; 3.non-baked and shaped refractory productive line; 4.deserted refractory recycling line. Advanced technologies were used in production of refractory and metallurgical charging. Since 2001,we have provided five new kind of metallurgical charging to Bao steel.
The products of Career, together with those of Peng Pu, have achieved integrated configuration of EAF, CF, ladle, tundish and torpedo.The annual output is : 30'000 ton refractory, 15'000 ton shaped products, metallurgy and reduce energy exhausting. Thus the best using effect and good economic benefit can be achieved.
